Contact Network Corporation names Cesar Brea as CEO

Business Development and Sales Veteran To Lead Firm Through Expansion

Boston, MA – September 29, 2003 – Contact Network Corporation (contactnetworkcorp.com), the leading provider of Enterprise Contact Collaboration solutions, today announced the appointment of Cesar A. Brea as the company’s new CEO.

Mr. Brea succeeds co-founder Geoffrey Hyatt, who will continue at the company as Chairman.

Mr. Brea has more than 12 years in sales, business development and marketing in the high technology sector. He was most recently Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing at Razorfish, a publicly-traded IT consulting firm, through its acquisition by SBI and Company in 2003. Prior to Razorfish, Mr. Brea was Vice President for Marketing and Business Development at ArsDigita Corporation, an enterprise application software firm backed by Greylock Ventures and General Atlantic Partners. Earlier, he was a manager at Bain & Company, where he focused on high-technology businesses, and a principal with Symmetrix, a re-engineering consulting and software development firm.
