Contact Network Corporation Appoints Two New Executives to Board of Advisors

Business and Technology Veterans Mike Cassidy and Paul Daoust Join Advisory Board of Leading Enterprise Social Networking Provider

Paul Daoust is an independent investor and advisor to enterprise software firms. Paul formerly served as COO of Watson Wyatt Worldwide, a $700 million international human resources and risk management consulting firm. As COO, Paul rebuilt the leadership team, dramatically increased the company’s profitability and engineered a major international growth phase. This well-respected company had grown into a world-class professional services firm with 5,000 employees in 40 countries. Paul is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and holds an MS degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Michigan Business School as well as a BA from Boston College.

Mike Cassidy is the Founder and CEO of Ultimate Arena, a leading social and competition platform that networks the online gaming community. Previously, Mike was co-Founder and CEO of Direct Hit, a revolutionary Internet search engine that won numerous industry awards for the accuracy of its results and was acquired by Ask Jeeves for $500M. Earlier, Mike was co-Founder and CEO of Stylus Innovation, whose flagship product was the award-winning computer telephony software Visual Voice and was later sold to Artisoft. Both Direct Hit and Stylus won MIT’s $50K Entrepreneurship Competition. Mike has a BS and MS in Aerospace Engineering from MIT, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
