Geoffrey Hyatt, Chairman and Co-Founder

Geoffrey Hyatt has more than 15 years of experience in management and consulting with high technology and investment firms. Prior to founding Contact Network Corporation, Mr. Hyatt was the founder and CEO of Strong Numbers, a pricing research firm for calculating current fair market values of over 10 million products. He led the company from start-up, raising vernture capital and acquiring over 100 customers in 24 months, until its acquisition by Income Dynamics (subsidiary of Intuit). Before Strong Numbers, Mr. Hyatt was a Manager at The Boston Consulting Group where he managed strategic and operational projects for leading global technology companies, including competitive cost analysis, supply and demand forecasts, post merger integration, and acquisition valuations. Prior to BCG, Mr. Hyatt was an Investment Assistant with International Finance Corporation (World Bank) and a Research Associate with APM Management Consultants.

Mr. Hyatt holds a Master of Management degree with distinction from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Dartmouth College.

Cesar Brea, Chief Executive Officer

Cesar Brea has more than 15 years experience leading sales, business development and marketing in the high technology sector. He was most recently Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing at Razorfish, a publicly-traded IT consulting firm, through its acquisition by SBI and Company in 2003. Prior to Razorfish, Mr. Brea was Vice President for Marketing and Business Development at ArsDigita Corporation, an enterprise application software firm backed by Greylock Ventures and General Atlantic Partners, and sold to Red Hat in 2002. Earlier, he was a manager at Bain & Company, where he focused on high-technology businesses, and a principal with Symmetrix, a re-engineering consulting and software development firm. Mr. Brea began his career as a banker with J.P. Morgan in New York.

Mr. Brea holds an MBA from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School, where he was named an Edward Tuck Scholar, and received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College. Mr. Brea serves on the Executive Board of the .LRN Consortium, which promotes the development and adoption of an open-source e-learning platform, and is a frequent writer and speaker on information technology strategy.

Michael Yoon, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder

Michael Yoon has nearly ten years of engineering and development experience with high technology companies. Prior to co-founding Contact Network, Mr. Yoon was the Vice President of Technology at ArsDigita Corporation, an enterprise application software firm. At ArsDigita, Mr. Yoon built and grew the engineering team from two to thirty developers, led the design of an open source framework application to power client web sites, and was responsible for supporting client projects and ongoing sales activities. He was also the project lead for the development of Muniversal, a municipal bond trading exchange for institutional investors. Before joining ArsDigita, Mr. Yoon was an Architect at Sapient Corporation where he managed the design, implementation, and testing of the application development framework that is the foundation of Fleet's HomeLink on-line banking application, supporting both the Sapient development team and the client development team.

Mr. Yoon received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College.

Colin Mathews, Vice President of Business Development

Colin Mathews has held senior business development, strategy, and management roles at startup companies and financial services firms over the past 13 years. He was Senior Director of Strategic Development for Into Networks, a software-on-demand distribution and management platform backed by Fidelity Ventures, Venrock Associates, and Cox Cable, among others. Prior to Into Networks, Mr. Mathews worked in private equity at AIG, and at Citigroup (Schroders) and Lehman Brothers as an M&A banker. He began his career as a senior analyst at Morningstar, where he helped to build a new product. Mr. Mathews holds an MBA, with distinction, from NYU's Stern School of Business, where he was a Dean's Scholar, a Bachman Scholar, an Auerbach award winner, a recipient of the Joseph Taggart Prize, the president of the MBA class, and a founder of The Stern Journal. He received his BA from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
